Bridges is a non profit agency that provides crisis intervention, advocacy, referrals, and support services to victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Spanning Southern New Hampshire, Bridges is dedicated to victims/survivors regardless of race, gender, gender orientation, gender identity, gender expression, medical condition, HIV status, marital status, age, national origin, immigration status, religion, physical, mental or emotional ability, sexual orientation, political affiliation or language.
Services are free and confidential and include:
- Support through a 24 hr. support line, 7days a week, 365 days a year
- Telephone &face to face advocacy
- Support during police and legal procedures
- Support during hospital visits for domestic and sexual violence
- Emergency shelter and transitional housing options
- Court advocacy and legal resource referral
- Education presentations in schools and community agencies
- Support groups
- Referrals to other community resources
- Support for children and families attending the child advocacy center.
Office hours: 830am-430pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 8:30am-12:00pm on Wednesday
