Family Resource Center and home visiting programs providing supports and services to pregnant women, and parenting families.
This program supports ALL families in Cheshire County and 13 towns of Hillsborough County in NH. Social Workers, Home Visitors and nurses are part of a team that partner with families to identify goals and problem solving strategies to build self sufficiency, self confidence and access to concrete supports, education, understanding of child development and emotional care.
