La Leche League of Maine/New Hampshire provides support to local parents one-on-one, in local meetings, and now in online meetings. Support is always free, confidential, and available 24/7. Parents can reach a Leader through the website, by phone, email, and through FaceBook.
In addition to one-on-one support, Leaders run weekly and monthly meetings that are friendly places for families to share their parenting journeys. Leaders are trained and accredited volunteers with access to a wide array of resources. In addition, Leaders are supported through a vast and well-organized infrastructure.
