A program of TLC Family Resource Center, Rural Outright engages activists, students, businesses, and partner organizations to support and advocate for rural LGBTQIA+ Granite Staters and their allies. At TLC Family Resource Center we support and strengthen all families, children, and youth in Sullivan and Lower Grafton counties with a wide range of free programs, support groups, education, and events.
What We Offer – Youth Drop-in (postponed until further notice for PRIDE) For LGBTQ+ youth and their allies (22 & younger) Every Thursday, 3-6pm at TLC Family Resource Center – LGBTQIA+ Social/Support Group For LGBTQ+ people and their allies (14 & older) – Caring Adults Peer Support For parents, guardians, and other caring adults raising or supporting LGBTQ+ children of any age. Quarterly, at TLC Family Resource Center. – Let’s Talk A discussion series lead by experts in the area aimed at educating the public. – Understanding Diversity and Inclusion through Children’s Literature A partnership with SAU 6, the Diversity & Inclusion through Children’s Literature Series was created to teach future generations about the need to value and respect everyone. – Community Outreach We welcome the opportunity to participate in PRIDE gatherings, conferences, farmers’ markets, and other community events. We are happy to bring materials and/or provide speakers and panelist.
