Our mission is to build healthier families and stronger communities through positive relations, programs and collaborations in the North Country of NH.
The Family Support Programs have professionally trained staff to work with clients through our evidence-based home visiting programs. We meet families’ individual needs assisting them to develop knowledge, skills and resources in order to improve their family’s futures. We meet them where they are and offer a multi-generational approach helping their family with important topics such as prenatal and infant care, parenting education & support, classes, and groups; developmental screenings and supports, life and stress management, access to community resources, and more.
The Recovery and Reunification Program has trained staff to work with individuals and families navigating the road to impactful recovery and for some, reunification with their families working with DCYF. All of our staff are trained Recovery Coaches to include Parent Partners, Peer Recovery Specialists, and Recovery Based Reunification Specialists. Staff are either Certified Recovery Support Workers (CRSW) or working toward their certification.
As a Recovery Friendly Workplace, we will empower you to build your own Recovery Capital by helping you set individualized goals. These goals are geared towards achieving and sustaining long-term recovery.
Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm. Referral forms, classes, and support group calendars are available on our website
